Objective

Create a clear, child-friendly fever awareness brand poster that helps parents understand common causes, symptoms, supportive care and when to seek professional advice.

The Brand Challenge

Fever is one of the most common concerns for parents, but communicating the right information clearly is not always simple.
In a pharmacy or healthcare setting, the message needs to be understood quickly. The challenge was to turn essential fever guidance into a poster that is clear, easy to follow and visually engaging, while giving Toto-mol a visible brand presence without making the communication feel crowded, overly promotional or too clinical.

Our Approach

We built the poster around a simple journey:
Cause → Symptoms → What Parents Can Do → When to Seek Help
Instead of presenting the information as conventional medical copy, each section was converted into a visual information block with familiar icons, short labels and clear colour coding. This allowed parents to scan the poster quickly and understand the key message without having to read long paragraphs.

Making Causes Easy to Recognise

We simplified common causes of fever into familiar categories such as colds, flu, infections and teething, then translated them into clear icons and colour-coded blocks. This helped turn medical information into something parents could scan, recognise and understand quickly.

Making Symptoms Easy to Spot

After introducing the possible causes, we structured the next section around the signs parents are most likely to notice. Feeling hot, tiredness, chills and reduced appetite were given clear visual priority, creating a natural progression from understanding why fever may occur to recognising how it can present in a child.

From Fever Awareness to Clear Parent Guidance

The final poster brings essential fever guidance into one simple, parent-friendly format. Practical advice such as rest, increased fluid intake and knowing when to seek professional help is presented clearly, helping the communication feel useful, reassuring and easy to act on.
The result is a stronger and more relevant brand presence within paediatric fever care, without allowing the product to overshadow the educational purpose.
